ARTICLE 1 - PRICE
The prices of the products published on our site are in EURO and do not include shipping costs. The published prices include VAT.
All orders placed on the site are payable in EURO. The prices of the items visible on the site may undergo periodic changes based on the adjustment of the price lists of our suppliers. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation, reserving the right to check availability on that date.
ARTICLE 2 - TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept payments with PayPal and Credit Cards through a secure payment system. We also accept bank transfers, Postepay and Cash on Delivery. It is also possible to pay in cash, in case of collection of the goods on site.
ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY / COLLECTION AT HOME
The available goods will be shipped as soon as we have received the confirmation of your payment (immediate for credit card payments or postepay recharge, 2-3 days for bank transfer).
The availability of the goods is always to be considered indicative and not binding, due to possible exhaustion of stocks or discontinued production of the item. In the event that one or more requested products are no longer available, we will send an e-mail to the Customer informing him of the missing article and proposing the replacement with another article, or the refund of the missing article.
Shipping: Shipping is by express courier at a fixed cost of € 5.90, it is free for orders over € 49.00.
Idee in Feltro cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes by postal services or other imponderable elements provided for by the legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise.
Delivery address: we ship our products exclusively to Italy. In the event of a request for shipment to another country, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

ARTICLE 5 - SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK
Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, you can exercise the right of withdrawal if you do not find the product to your liking. Idee in Feltro will, at your choice, refund the value of the product including any ancillary costs (transport costs and order management) or replace the item with an equivalent product, excluding customized products.
The transport costs and risks for the return of the goods are charged to the customer (Legislative Decree 206/05; art. 67).
The right of withdrawal is applicable only if the product, even if opened, is "as new": intact, complete (packaging included), in perfect condition, complete with all accessories which are also intact. In the case of products that do not meet these characteristics, Idee in Feltro reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or to apply a reduction on the price.
N.B. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, personalized or items ordered from the supplier at the customer's request.
To take advantage of the right of withdrawal it is necessary: (Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods)
Send an email to info@ideeinfeltro.com with the subject: "Order Return" and with the text:
- Name and surname
- Email with which you are registered on the site
- Order number
- Goods Receipt Date
- Code of the Products you want to return
- Reasons for Return
- Any additional comments.
This will be followed by a communication from the Idee in Feltro Customer Service with an indication of how to return the product to our address:

ARTICLE 6 - DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
In the event that the products arrive damaged and you have requested an insured shipment, you have the option of receiving a full refund of the damaged product or products, or the re-sending of the same (after returning the damaged products, at your expense).
In the event that the customer has NOT requested an insured shipment, no refund or replacement of the damaged products will be made.
ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
The images of the products present on ideeinfeltro.com are original photographs, but they are in any case to be considered indicative and purely by way of example. Possible differences due to the different visualization tools are not excluded. The proposed products comply with the Italian legislation in force and with the rules applicable in Italy. Photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products are not contractual. Therefore, Idee in Feltro cannot be held responsible in the event of an error or omission in one of these photographs, texts, graphics, information.

They will be used by its internal services only for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and offer of products reserved for Idee in Feltro customers, in particular through the newsletter. This article cannot prevent the global sale of the company or the transfer of the activities to third parties. Therefore, in accordance with the Information Technology and Freedoms Law of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning you.
ARTICLE 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the sites published by Idee in Feltro are protected by copyright and intellectual property, all over the world. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorized unless there are different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use will be considered as a counterfeit and sanctioned under the terms of the Intellectual Property without the prior authorization of Idee in Feltro. Any total or partial reproduction of the sites published by Idee in Feltro is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 10 - DISPUTES
This contract is subject to Italian law. Any dispute resolution can be made at our Customer Service; in case of lack of consensual agreement, it will be the competence of an Italian court.
ARTICLE 11 - DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER
When you confirm your purchase on the order form, you declare to accept its contents and the general conditions of sale of Idee in Feltro. These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and can be changed at any time and without notice.
